Overview

Mainline Mobile Storage Containers

Deposits

A deposit is required to rent a trailer or container.  The deposit amount is calculated to cover the delivery and pick up charges, as well as the first 28 days of rent, however it is not applied to these items. The entire deposit amount will remain as a deposit until the rental is completed, then it will be credited back to you or used towards the last invoice. (Deposits may be excluded if a pre-authorized credit account is used.)

Billings

Invoices are generated every 28 days. Invoices normally include all rental and trucking/permit charges for the 28 day billing period. These invoices are normally processed and paid by credit card on the date they are generated. The deposit is not used to pay these invoices.

Damaged Goods

Mainline Mobile Storage will be very careful with your goods, but we cannot be responsible and do not carry insurance for any damage to customer goods. Please carry proper insurance to cover your goods.  As well. it would be your responsibility to check your goods to ensure that they are in good condition as we can not check them for you.  While unlikely, it is possible that a trailer or container could develop a leak.  We take all reasonable precautions to find leaks and fix them. If you find a trailer or container leak, call us and we will fix it as soon as possible. It is recommended that items put in storage be covered in plastic and not put in direct contact with the floor or walls because under certain conditions, condensation can occur. Pack your goods tightly to avoid unneccessary movement while been transported.

Rental Month
